Former Evangelical Cemetery

The former Evangelical cemetery was in use at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Eventually neglected and vandalized, it was off-limits to outsiders because it was located on the grounds of a Soviet military unit. For many years after the Ustronie Morskie municipality took over the site, no attempts were made to revitalize it, and as a result, it continued to deteriorate. One can still find here the remains of broken tombstones, gravestones, or metal crosses, some of which still bear legible names and dates of birth and death. Some of the graves have been dug up, while others are overgrown. The posts of one of the entrance gates have survived.
