• Address: Plac Zwycięstwa, 72-022 Nowe Warpno

The building was constructed at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. It underwent numerous renovations, and in 1910, a fire destroyed part of the roof and a section of the gable wall. After the war, left unused, it began to fall into disrepair. In the early 1980s, the property was purchased by a private individual. The new owner undertook the renovation of the building. This unusual structure was restored to a usable condition with great attention to every detail. The original wooden front door, located in the center, catches the eye; above it hangs a small historic plaque bearing the number 74. Next to the door, on the left, is another entrance to the building along with a display window, and on the right is a large window.  On the upper floor, six windows are visible, arranged irregularly. For a short time in the past, the building housed a store. It is still used by private individuals today. Today, this magnificent building is one of the city’s most important landmarks. It harmonizes perfectly with the town hall, which was also built using the half-timbered technique.
