St. Gertrude’s Church formerly served as a cemetery chapel. It is therefore not surprising that a cemetery is located here. The historic cemetery covers an area of approximately 3 ha. At the cemetery entrance stands a funeral home; the Bahn family chapel from 1829 and a Neo-Gothic outbuilding have also been preserved. The cemetery features a rich stand of old trees; some of the trees growing here have already reached monumental proportions. Most of the trees were planted in 1829. The trees here are mainly linden, maple, and chestnut.
The cemetery is managed by MPGK in Darłowo (1 Maja St., 1).
