The townhouse at 12 Gryfitów Street was built in the 18th century. It was remodeled at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. It is a two-story residential building with a usable attic, designed on a rectangular plan. The building is topped with a gable roof. Architecturally, it echoes the neighboring 16th-century townhouse at number 13. The placement of the cornice at the same height and the similar window frames may even suggest that the houses were built at the same time and form a single unit. The absence of a front entrance is noteworthy; it was relocated in modern times. The house is privately owned and can only be viewed from the outside.
