The manor park in Krzecko was established in the early 19th century. It was designed in the landscape style with Romantic elements. The park covers an area of 6.40 hectares. One of the most interesting features of the Krzecko park layout is the stream that flows through it, along which small ponds have been created. The park grounds include a palace and a church. The park once featured numerous winding paths. Inside the park, there was an orchard and a garden. The park and palace complex is complemented by an avenue lined with linden, chestnut, and maple trees, leading to the palace from the nearby village of Ciechnowo. The park is very picturesque and home to beautiful trees, including monumental specimens. An educational nature trail was created around the palace to highlight and make the most of the area’s natural beauty. Many plants were planted along the trail for educational purposes, including mint, sage, savory, lovage, wild garlic, and lemon balm. A pond was created, next to which a wooden gazebo was built. Along the trail, there are also numerous benches, lamps, and planters with plants. The park itself is home to spruce, fir, ash, maple, hornbeam, larch, and linden trees. Particular attention should be paid to: the American tulip tree, a purple-leaved European beech with a trunk circumference of 400 cm, Canadian hemlocks, and an ornamental Siberian spruce. There are also numerous fruit trees here, preserved from the orchard that once stood on this site. Visitors are free to stroll through the park.
