The windmill was built in 1886. It is a Dutch-style structure, built of brick on a circular plan. The roof is onion-domed and has no sails. In 1911, the windmill was rebuilt. The initials of the builder or owner, E.J., remain. In 1997, further renovation work was undertaken. The windows and doors were replaced, and the roof was repaired. The building has four stories (16 m high). The ground floor has a diameter of approximately 10 m, while the top floor is approximately 5.5 m high. Inside, a small amount of grain-milling equipment remains. Currently, the windmill is out of operation. It is listed in the provincial and municipal registers of historic monuments.
