The park in Krukowo was part of a manor established in 1773–1774 with a grant from Frederick II. The park itself dates back to 1733 and was later redesigned in the 19th and 20th centuries. The park covers an area of 15 hectares. The park’s tree population includes very valuable specimens, some of which date back to 1773 and 1774. The park began next to the church and ended at the family tombs. Toward the end of the 19th century, the park’s owner, von Gaudecker, redesigned its layout. At that time, a vast valley with a stream was incorporated into the park. In the 20th century, the park’s tree population was significantly enriched with native tree species. A pond was created below the manor house. Between 1900 and 1915, a small family cemetery was established. Today, the park consists of a large cluster of trees that stretches along nearly the entire length of the village. The park’s spatial layout has been preserved to this day. The pond has dried up, the cemetery is inaccessible due to the uncontrolled growth of trees and shrubs, and only ruins remain of the church. Meanwhile, the nearby palace has been converted into private residences. In the park, near the church ruins, there are natural monuments: an English oak (Quercus rober) with a circumference of 570 cm, 400 years old, and 25 m tall; and another English oak (Quercus rober) with a circumference of 420 cm.
