The recreation areas of the municipality of Sławno are located in the eastern part of the town. Access to these areas is possible through the park at the Municipal Middle School No. 1 in Sławno. It is possible to access them from Jedności Narodowej Street. After passing through the Koszalin Gate, turn left while walking from the town centre. Cross the bridge over the town canal, and the park is in front of you. A characteristic building of the municipal middle school is seen in the distance. Then go past the sports hall and the town stadium, and head east. Go along the designated lane until a football field. There the so-called recreational areas begin, which you can also get to from Augusta Cieszkowskiego Street. Pass the Sławno Community Centre, and turn right into Kąpielowa Street. The areas are located between Sportowy Square and Kąpielowa Street.

The recreational areas occupy an area of about 9 hectares. There are four town ponds and football playing field. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails there. Town ponds especially emphasise the charm of the place. They are managed by municipal fishing association and operate as a public fishery. The ponds are stocked with fry. You can find carp, bream, roach, perch there. It is a very attractive place for anglers.
