The building, which features a usable attic, is topped with a ceramic mansard roof with gables. The villa is an almost exact architectural replica of the house at number 3. From the street side, the building’s symmetry is broken by a risalit topped with a mansard roof. A covered porch with a balcony protrudes from the front of the risalit. A glass-enclosed porch, added to the side of the villa, adds to its charm. Additionally, the oval window providing light to the attic catches the eye. The house is privately owned and can only be viewed from behind the fence.
