The Karow Family Villa

The Karow Villa is a large, Neo-Renaissance building dating from 1926, situated on the edge of a park. Considered the most beautiful residence in Stargard, it belonged to the family that owned the Wielki Młyn mill. It features three balcony terraces and, spread over two stories, many large rooms with an impressive entrance hall. A corner turret topped with a domed spire is visible from the front. The main entrance is a colonnaded portal. The building survived the war unscathed and was transferred to the Youth Cultural Center in 1964.

The villa is currently undergoing renovation; the work is scheduled to be completed by the end of September 2015.

Visits to the building are possible during the Youth Cultural Center’s hours of operation.
