Street pump

The historic street pump located at the intersection of Miroszewo and Podgrodzie is about 2 meters tall and is mounted on a concrete base. This is likely the pump that once stood next to the Old Town Hall in Nowe Warpno, on its western side, after it was brought here from Szczecin in the 1970s. Its origin is indicated by the Szczecin coat of arms on its lower part, the distinctive yellow “crown” crowning the entire pump, and the dragon, from whose mouth water should flow—but does not, as the pump now serves only a decorative purpose.
