Monument to the memory of deceased Koszalin residents

The monument to the memory of deceased Koszalin residents was unveiled in 1997. Its author and founder at the same time is Zygmunt Wujek. The monument consists of two parts. The first is the tombstone of German athlete Gerhard Neuenfeld. On it was placed the second part of the monument, which has the shape of an isosceles cross with a second cross placed on top. The isosceles cross bears the inscription in German and Polish: "Im Gedenken an die toten der Stadt Köslin: In memory of the dead of Koszalin 1996."
