The manor house in Stary Resek dates from the 19th century. It is built in the Neo-Baroque style on a rectangular plan. It is a brick structure with a mansard roof. The building is one story high, with a basement and a partially usable attic. At the level of the attic, there are single-axis projections covered with single-slope roofs. The windows of the manor house are rectangular and double-hung. The front facade features an entrance preceded by a terrace. The garden facade features a projection, and the southwest facade has a veranda. The manor house is well-preserved and well-maintained. Among the original fixtures, an elevator connecting the kitchen to the dining room has been preserved. The interior decor of the living room with a fireplace and the library has also been preserved. In addition, the window and door frames, along with all the decorative details on the facades and inside the building, have survived to this day. After the war, when the manor was taken over by the State Agricultural Farm, it was converted into residential quarters. Currently, the manor is privately owned. The “50 Oaks” guesthouse has been established here. The outbuildings house stables and a riding arena. Guests have access to comfortable rooms with full bathroom facilities. The manor is surrounded by an old historic park dominated by beautiful, majestic oak trees. Lake Resko is located near the manor. The interior of the manor can be viewed with the owners’ permission.
