The manor park in Mierzynek served as the setting for the manor house. The park was established in the second half of the 19th century. This green space exhibits features of the eclectic style. The park’s total area is 4.3 ha, of which 0.1 ha is water. An orchard was planted in the northern part of the park, but it has since become overgrown and neglected.  The park designers’ intention was to line the manor buildings with rows of trees. An avenue lined with trees on both sides led to the manor.  The manor house, accompanied by the park, was built in the first half of the 19th century. Its founder was the son of Friedrich Scheünemann, the owner of a knightly estate. The building, like the park, was constructed in the eclectic style. The building’s floor area is 820m². It is a half-timbered structure with a ten-axis facade. The building has a gable roof covered with cement tiles laid in a diamond pattern. In the 19th century, a seven-axis wing with a gable roof was added to the building. In the first half of the 20th century, the manor was expanded again. At that time, a three-story building was added to the old manor house. It is covered with a hipped roof and, unfortunately, is not connected to the original building. This addition seems out of place with the rest of the structure; it is significantly larger and overwhelms the other parts of the manor. The manor can only be viewed from the outside. Visitors are free to stroll through the park.
