The church is in the south-western part of Szczecin, in the Pomorzany district. Near the parish, there is the Oder River and the bus line 70 stop.
The church comes from the mid. 15th century, it is made of stone, and brick. In the 17th century it was destroyed twice and rebuilt in new forms at the end of that century. Rebuilt in the 18th and 19th centuries. At that time, the upper half-timbered part of the tower was built. Destroyed in 1956, rebuilt in 1972-1973. Consecrated on December 30, 1973.
