Rzadcówka in Bobolin is located approx. 13 km from the center of Szczecin and approx. 9.5 km north of Kołbaskowo. A bus of Szczecin public transport stops a few dozen meters from here.
The steward in Bobolin is an interesting object when it comes to architectural considerations. It stands out from other buildings in the village, although it is not completely visible. The main entrance to the building, which is accessed by wide stairs, is located in the northern elevation from the yard, on this side as well, by the street, the area is fenced with a stone and brick fence with the entrance gate. The eastern side elevation is perfectly visible. On the ground floor level, in the wall made of erratic stones, there is a window opening with bars and brickwork. Above, two window openings have been walled up in the brick wall, and just below the attic are the other two windows. There is no access to the western side elevation, it is located on the side of the meadows. On the south side, the wall is covered by wild shrubs, and three of the six windows on the first floor are covered with colorful climbing vegetation and ivy. Rzadówka, also known as the manor, was part of the former German land estate. In the 1970s, the building was the seat of a community center. There was also a cafe, a common room and a library. In the 1980s, there was a seasonal hotel here with a constantly functioning common room. In later years, the building began to fall into ruin. Currently, it is in private hands.
