    The Town Hall is located in the Czaplinek town centre, at 6 Rynek Street. There is the Church of the Holy Cross nearby. There are parking spaces and bicycle racks made available at the town hall.

The current town hall building was built in 1845. It is a two-storey building with an attic and high basement. The whole was covered with ceramic tiles. You can see a cartouche with the emblem of the town above the entrance portal. The building is now the seat of the Town and Municipality Office in Czaplinek, and, therefore, access to the inside is limited.
