The church is at Adama Mickiewicza Street. You can get to the temple from the streets Krótka, Wojska Polskiego and Świetlińskiego. Near the church there is a police station and a post office.

The church was constructed in 1360 of brick in the location of the former day room from the 13th century. In the 15th century, a new nave and chancel were erected, and at the end of the century a sacristy was added on the north side. Documents from the eighteenth century indicate the existence of a Holy Spirit chapel on the south side, which was dismantled in the nineteenth century. The church was neglected since the eighteenth century, and experienced numerous disasters. Renovations and reconstructions took about 150 years. The church was consecrated on August 19, 1945.

Services schedule: Sun. 8:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m., Mon.-Sat. 6:00 p.m. Indulgence is celebrated on August 26.
