Monument to Maria Sklodowska-Curie

Erected in 1967, the statue is located near the municipal library, also named after the famous Polish scientist.

The Monument to Maria Skłodowska-Curie, in the vicinity of the City Library, was erected here in 1967. It only shows the head of the great scientist placed on a pedestal with a small plaque with the name of the famous Polish woman and the year of her birth and death. There are trees around the monument and a bench in front of it.
