The sports and entertainment arena located near the Municipal Track & Field Stadium is used as a venue for sports and musical events. There is a recreational area around the building with a skatepark.

The Sports-Entertainment Netto Arena Hall is at Szafera Street near the Zawadzkie estate. Within a few hundred meters, there are the Municipal Athletics Stadium and the Zbysław Zając cycling track. Access to the hall by public transport is provided by bus lines 75 (Szafera or Zawadzkiego stop), 53 and 80 (Zawadzkiego stop), as well as tram lines 1 and 9 (Spacerowa stop). If arriving by tram, go up Szafera Street a few hundred meters. The easiest way to reach from the city center by car is taking Krzywoustego, 26 Kwietnia, Taczaka, Sosabowskiego and Szeroka streets to the end, where you should turn right into Szafera Street. There is a large parking lot for about 600 vehicles next to the hall.

The hall is adapted to host team games, concerts and other sports and cultural events. It is the most modern facility of this type in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The usable area of the facility is 25,502 m2, and the capacity of the stands is 5,027. Inside there are also conference rooms for 450 people, VIP lounges and a restaurant. The area around the building is a recreation area, there is also a skate park. In the hall, matches being part of the Volleyball Champions League are played, among others, by the Chemik Police team, it is also used by such clubs as the King Wilki Morskie Szczecin basketball team or the futsal club Pogoń 04. From major international events, so far, the world junior and cadet karate championships have been held here.
