It was established in 1846 during the construction of the Szczecin Główny - Stargard Szczeciński railway line. In the station building there are ticket offices where you can pay by card, a kiosk, a bar and toilets. There are three platforms from which passenger trains depart. A footbridge has been built over the tracks. All trains that pass through the station stop at the station, except for the fast trains heading towards Świnoujście.
