Old steam bakery

The "Alte Dampfbäckerei" is a historic building (around 1800) and today houses a museum café as well as 2 vacation apartments and a Spartan cyclists' camp. In the courtyard and in the rooms of the historic bakery, guests can enjoy the special atmosphere of the historic building with coffee, tea and homemade cakes. The sight of the many old utensils will take you back to a bygone era. We will be happy to guide you through the 200-year-old walls of the bakery. The steam oven, flour hopper, sack beater and much more can still be found here. You can also spend your vacation in the "Old Steam Bakery". You will be enchanted by a vacation apartment from the 1800s with lots of nostalgic objects and furniture. Quaint and cozy but with all the comforts of modernity, you can enjoy the best time of the year. The small vacation apartment in the former coal store also invites you to relax. Situated at the foot of the 13th century Gothic church in Damgarten, you can start your excursions with the hotel's own bicycles or use the footpaths to the harbor or along the Regnitz.
