The church is in the Szczecin-Gumieńce district, at Lwowska Street. The Central Cemetery is located nearby. Good access by public transport.
The building, built in the 15th century, has been functioning to this day with some changes. In the 16th century, vaults were rebuilt into barrel vaults with lunettes, and in 1800 the church building gained a characteristic tower. This four-sided structure, erected on the west side, is topped with a shingled cupola, which turns into a slender, octagonal spire above. Inside, a bell cast by the bell founder in 1513 was hung. Later, in 1929, four clocks made in Berlin were hung on the face of the tower. In 1946, a parish priest, Witold Stańczyk consecrated the church, calling it St. Joseph. A few months later, however, it was changed to Our Lady of the Rosary, which is confirmed by a relevant decree issued on June 1, 1951.
The church building is a rectangular body with an undivided chancel, covered with a gable roof. In the years 1957-1962, a vestibule and a sacristy were added to the tower, and in the 1980s, catechetical rooms were added to the building.
