The residential house dates from the late 19th century. The building was formerly owned by the owner of the Maschinenwerk Körlin GmbH factory. It is an eclectic-style structure, a brick half-timbered building filled with kermazite aggregate using a lime-cement mortar. The exterior is clad with dark gray granite slate laid in a "scale" pattern. The house was built on an irregular rectangular plan, slightly fragmented. The building features projections and verandas. It is a single-story building with a usable attic and a basement. It is covered by a gable roof, which includes a hip over the front projection. In 1936, the house was expanded. At that time, a beautiful veranda was added. The addition was built of ceramic brick and is plastered. A staircase is located within the addition. From the outside, the house looks impressive. The beautiful, ornate white window frames catch the eye. The window openings are framed by decorative moldings consisting of pseudo-pilasters, corbels, volutes, plaques, and pseudo-beams. The interior of the house features a two-and-a-half-wing layout, with an internal hallway and formal rooms at the front. After the war, the building was converted into public housing.
