The reserve, covering an area of approximately 3 ha, is located on the left bank of the Radew River, about 20 km south of Koszalin. Jerst is a protected landscape area designated for recreation and leisure. Its clearings feature stone circles enclosed by standing boulders. Nearby are stone grave markers. Public gatherings were held here, and the dead were buried here from the late 1st century to the end of the 2nd century, between approximately 70 and 200 CE. The stone circles in the Grzybnicki Forest were discovered in 1974. They are historical monuments dating back to the prehistory of Pomerania. The stone circles and the burial ground have been granted the protection afforded to cultural heritage sites and are subject to archaeological excavations.
