City Hall - the seat of the municipal authorities, built in 1960-62. It is the sixth town hall in the history of the city. The Old Town Square was designated with the location of the city in the 13th century. In the middle of the square, from the 13th to the beginning of the 18th century, other town halls were located. One of them burned down during the great fire of the city in 1718. In 1720, the town hall was built on the southern frontage of the market, near the cathedral. After a century it was demolished, and another building was erected in its place between 1827 and 1830, which was modernized in 1877.The last pre-war city hall existed until March 1945, burned down during the capture of the city.
