This neoclassical palace, featuring Art Nouveau elements, was built in the 19th century. The palace belonged to the Borck family, and in 1928, along with the entire town, it passed into the hands of Max Splittgerber. The next owner was Kurt Splittgerber.
Across from the palace stood a farmstead, whose facade has since been restored and is now in very good condition. A park surrounds the palace, and a burial mound cemetery is located nearby. The village is also home to a memorial oak tree with a circumference of 425 cm.
