This historic villa was built in 1905 by the family of local printer Juliusz Neumann. The two-story building, with a deep basement, was designed on an irregular floor plan, roughly square in shape. It was finished using elements of Berlin (German) historicism, including tripartite windows, corner details, and a turret. The building currently serves as the City Hall, and therefore access to the interior is restricted.
