The Oder '45 Rally is the first event of its kind on the Oder River. On June 29, a column of military vehicles from the period from World War II to the present day, together with about a hundred soldiers-reconstructors in the uniforms of all sides fighting for the Oder River in 1945, will drive along the route: Banie, Trzcińsko-Zdrój, Chojna, Cedynia, Mieszkowice, Kostrzyn on the Oder. On the route in places where monuments dedicated to Polish soldiers stand we will pay tribute to them and lay flowers. But that's not all! In Baniech (near the beach) from 08:00-10:00, in Chojna (in front of the town hall) from 11:00-12:00 and in Mieszkowice (at the market square) from 14:00-16:00 we will present live dioramas and there will be dynamic presentations of each vehicle. our Oder '45 Rally is a small prelude to next year's big event related to the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II. The event is financed by: - Gloria Griffin Foundation - Marshall Office of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship - Dom Kultury in Banie - Municipality of Banie - Cultural Center in Chojna - Regional Museum in Cedynia - City of Mieszkowice We cordially invite you!
