Bialogard Comic Con 2024

BIAŁOGARD COMIC CON comics/manga/games July 6-7, 2024 Bialogard Comic Con is a unique event that will bring together fans of comics, games, fantasy and pop culture for the second time. After the success of last year's edition, we invite you to a two-day event in the heart of Western Pomerania! The program includes numerous attractions, including panel discussions with comic book creators from Poland and abroad, a card tournament, a cosplay contest, workshops for big and small, and stands of publishers and independent creators from all over Poland.The event will be divided into five thematic zones: 1. Fair zone, where viewers will find the latest comic book items from foreign and Polish independent creators, the latest manga as well as gadgets widely associated with the world of pop culture. 2. GAME ROOM zone, where the RETROGRATY team will show their stock of cult as well as unknown to a wider audience entertainment consoles. 3. FANTASTIC ZONE, where a team of board and card game enthusiasts from "Lobez Fantastically" will present a number of interesting items for spending time together without electronics, as well as a card tournament. 4. PIRO ZONE, where 11 exciting meetings will be held on the subject of the Far East, Japanese culture, as well as (how else) MANGI and ANIME. 5. stage meeting and lecture zone, where interesting talks will be held with Polish creators and one foreign one. The star of our event will be Jose Roosevelt - the Brazilian-born creator will come to us from Switzerland, on the occasion of the promotion of Studio Lain's latest publication of his authorship, viz. At the moment the list of comic book authors and experts in the medium who will be hosted in Bialogard is almost 40 people! The event will be accompanied by an exhibition of works by Wojciech Stefaniec, author of illustrations to, among others, the BARDO tetralogy, which was awarded the Prize of the City of Warsaw in 2023. Wojciech Stefaniec is also the author of this year's main graphics promoting our event. The vernissage will take place on July 5, 2024, at 17:00 in the Art Gallery of CKiSE /ul. 1 Maja 15, Białogard/. Our goal is to create an unforgettable atmosphere for all participants and promote passions related to geek culture as well as to expand knowledge in people unfamiliar with this way of spending free time and personal development. admission free!
