On the occasion of World Bike Day, which falls on today, June 3, the Municipal Public Library and the Municipal Cultural Center in Moryn invite you to a family bicycle rally Odjazdowy Bibliotekarz, which will take place on June 30, 2024 We start at 10:30 Odjazdowy Bibliotekarz is a nationwide action coordinated by the LABiB Association, which aims to promote reading and libraries. Odjazdowy Bibliotekarz is organized by libraries from cities, towns and villages in every province. There have also been international editions under the name Bicycool Library. Librarians and readers in Romania, Great Britain, the USA and Nepal, among others, got on their bicycles. In Moryn Odjazdowy Bibliotekarz is organized for the 9th time, the national edition - the 14th. The route of the rally traced by the historic streets of Moryn, the path around Lake Morzycko and through the picturesque villages of Gądno and Przyjezierze. 10.30 - gathering at the market square in Moryn (greeting of participants, familiarization of rally participants with the regulations, distribution of starting packages);
11.00 - departure of participants on the route;
12.00 - arrival at the destination place - Green Corner by the Municipal Cultural Center in Moryn, common bonfire and launching of the family fun zone, library under the cloud in the chillout zone; This is only a framework program, we will keep you informed about the details of the rally.
