Join us for a concert by FREE BLUES BAND, which will take place on July 12 at 7:00 pm at the picturesque Downtown Gardens. This legendary Polish blues band is famous for its expressive performances combining elements of rhythm'n'blues, soul, funky and some areas of jazz.
Founded by brothers Andrzej and Marian Malcherk in 1979, FREE BLUES BAND has won numerous awards at rock and blues music festivals in Poland. Their repertoire ranges from original blues songs to bravura performances of classics, including Jimi Hendrix.
The unique atmosphere of FREE BLUES BAND's concerts is enhanced by the original Hammond organ, played by Agnieszka Malcherek - the only woman in Poland playing this unique instrument.
