We invite you to the presentation of Halina Lizinczyk's book "The organist's daughter".

Halina Lizinczyk worked at the Polish Radio Broadcasting Station since 1975, where she was involved in cultural issues. She published sketches and literary reviews in the Szczecin press, and also cooperated with "Tygodnik Kulturalny". She published: "Szczecin Poetic Almanac". "Szczecin Literary. People and Books", together with Hanna Niedbal "Here I am just passing through" about actress Ewa Kologorska.

The novel "The Organist's Daughter" is a comprehensive, multi-generational saga with Szczecin in the background, and is excellent news for Szczecin culture and Szczecinians. For they gain a rare - especially in recent years - literary document; showing the emerging identity of the City, inscribed in its complex, dramatic contemporary history (in the main narrative it is the years 1970-1981), saturated with great realism, and at the same time with individual truth and personal experience.
