European Day of Languages

The European Day of Languages is an annual initiative by the European Commission to promote European languages and showcase Europe's linguistic diversity. In addition, the European Day of Languages promotes lifelong language learning. On this day, events are organized in many places across Europe: language classes, conferences, workshops drawing attention to how important it is to know foreign languages nowadays. EUROPE DIRECT points in Poland are involved in the organization of the European Day of Languages every year.
EUROPE DIRECT Szczecin is organizing a conference with workshops for secondary school students on multilingualism in Szczecin as part of the European Day of Languages.
