You can live according to what others expect or need from you, but then you are fulfilling their dreams. In doing so, you fit into a reality where you lack the belief that you can live differently, and this leads to a sense of unfulfillment and being unhappy.

In a workshop we will work on difficult emotions that limit you, your environment and the support you receive, what is important to you and your readiness to change.

On a daily basis she is engaged in supporting entrepreneurs in building partnerships with customers and employees. As a result, they regain inner peace and time for themselves. She conducts trainings, development workshops and works individually with entrepreneurs. Developing people is her passion, and she loves to see people climb to higher skill levels. She enjoys challenging and inspiring people to change. She values honesty, humor, and cares about trust. She is eager to share what she has spent many years acquiring, practicing and nurturing. She shares her knowledge and experience in a simple, interesting and understandable way.

Dorota Betlewicz - woman, wife, mother, coach, trainer, graduate of Leadership Coaching DTE DREAM TEAM EXPERTS and the Academy of Business Development. An important part of her work with people is to inspire them to act, motivate them to make their own decisions and develop themselves. She actively participates in training and development of her competencies. She believes that as she develops she strongly influences the development of others. She is eager to share her optimism and energy for action with others. She loves to help people, so she takes great pleasure in actively participating in organizing charity events.
