Cross the Border: Bicycle Training - Niederfinow - Szczecin

On September 28, we continue the project Cross the Borders - a series of cross-border bicycle workouts.
This is a series of five events for two-wheeled amateurs from Poland and Germany, combining sports lifestyle with discovering the beautiful routes of Western Pomerania and Brandenburg.
Trainings are led by trainer Przemyslaw Burzych - an experienced cycling mentor, special guest is Marek Rupinski - traveler and cycling ultra marathoner.
About the route:
The route leads from the ship lift in Niederfinow to Grodzka Island in Szczecin. The route partly follows the D12 Odra Nysa trail. Distance 102,8 km.
Training is designed for the advanced group. Training pace 20-25km/h. Each participant must bring a bicycle helmet.

The following attractions await the participants:
- 60 sports shirts for the first 60 people signed up for the training
- a ride for 60 people with bicycles from Szczecin to Niederfinow
- warm-up at the start with a physiotherapist
- interpreter

- team-building picnic with free hot recovery meal (meat, vege meals) drinks (hot and cold)
