The Walecki Cultural Center and the Rainbow Cinema invite you to a meeting of the Film Discussion Club and Chan-wook Park's film "Suspect".

The protagonist of the thriller is a policeman who, solving the case of a certain death, falls in love with the main suspect - the widow of the deceased. He suffers from insomnia, she knows how to lull his vigilance. He is married, she loses husbands easily. He watches outside her house at night, she likes to be watched. He knows less and less about her, for that he feels more and more for her. Is he that much of a wimp? Is she that bad? "Suspicious" bravuraly obliterates traces and confuses tropes: a spicey film noir imperceptibly swaps places with a black comedy, disguises itself as a racial melodrama, gets into spy hijinks. It is spectacular and captivating in style, mesmerizing and peppered with humorous dialogues.
