Free online training for companies: "Key principles of commercial contracting in international trade of goods and services".

The Enterprise Europe Network Center, cordially invites entrepreneurs from the West Pomeranian Voivodeship to participate in a free online training course.
The purpose of the training is to present important issues related to the conclusion of trade agreements, in international trade, in the field of goods and services.

For whom?
The training is addressed to all persons who deal with the drafting of trade agreements, in particular to:
Managers - exporters
Executives dealing with exports and imports in the company
Persons responsible for international trade in the organization

During the training we will cover the following issues:
-The legal regulation of contracts in international trade
-Pre-contract process with a foreign partner
-Representation in international trade
-Preparation of a contract in international trade
-Clauses securing the execution of contracts in international trade
-International settlements
-Practical analysis of case studies of contracts in international trade -the most common mistakes in concluding contracts

The training will be conducted by Ms. Magdalena Kolodziej - Gladun - legal counsel, experienced trainer and instructor, she represents her clients before common and administrative courts and offices, on a daily basis supports business entities in the area of concluding international trade agreements.
