Solarigraphy - an unusual photographic project

Imagine a photo that is created not for a second, a minute, or even an hour, but for weeks or even months! Sound unbelievable? This is solarigraphy - a technique that allows you to capture the intangible. How is this possible? Every day the sun moves across the sky, plotting its path from sunrise to sunset. Using a simple pinhole camera (which you will build yourself) and classic photographic paper, we record this unusual dance of the sun. This allows us to see something we would never see on a daily basis - the sun's daily paths intersecting and forming mesmerizing patterns that create something unique with each hour, day and week. The effects are full of magic and surprise.
