In the central part of the village, we find a former manor complex featuring a historic 19th-century manor house. The manor house is situated at the front of the park, between two ponds. The building is a small country residence constructed in the Modernist style with Classicist elements. It is a two-story brick building (with a usable attic) featuring a basement.
The manor house was designed on a rectangular plan measuring 32 by 16.5 meters. The entire structure is covered by a gable roof. The front faces the former farmyard. The front facade has eight axes with a risalit in the central section. The rear facade has seven axes.
Inside the building, the original furnishings have been preserved, including the door frames, built-in cabinets on the ground floor and in the attic, and staircases with balustrades. The building’s usable area is 607 square meters, and the usable area of the ground floor is 400 square meters.
The building was most likely constructed in the early 1890s by the Löper family. The building is already marked on a map from 1890. The architect of the building is unknown. After World War II, the estate was taken over by a state-owned farm (PGR). Currently, the manor is owned by a private owner. The building in Bolkowice was added to the provincial list of historic monuments in November 1994.
