A quartet of scantily clad ladies, underwear thickly falling out of the window, piles of money and mistresses hidden in the closet - "Tomorrow There Will Be Fur" is a racy farce by Ray Cooney (author of the three-part theatrical megahit Mayday) that will leave you smiling long after the show is over.
Gilbert Bodley, owner of an exclusive fur salon, can never have enough beautiful women. Now he wants to spoil another of his mistresses, Janie, with new fur. However, he has to do it in such a way as not to upset her husband. So she offers the man a huge discount - and is very unpleasantly surprised when Janie's husband decides to buy a fur coat... for his mistress. And this is just the beginning of all the confusion: an endless series of mistakes is just beginning to unfold!
"Tomorrow there will be a fur coat" is a carefree comedy, full of explosive energy, disguises and naughty jokes. Extraordinary charm, excellent pacing and precision have made this classic of British humor a hit on theatrical stages for years, eliciting endless salvos of laughter from audiences around the world.
