The modern world and developing society are posing more and more challenges to people. Despite the enormous benefits and advantages of the development of civilization, we also collide with
with its negative effects and consequences. As a result of an increasingly fast-paced lifestyle, the pressures of the world around us, and the ever-increasing expectations and demands of society, we are experiencing more of the consequences of such a lifestyle, precisely in the form of stress. Both children, adolescents and adults experience it and its effects on many levels.
During the meeting:
- you will learn what stress is;
- you will learn about reactions to stress;
- you will learn what decisions we make as a result of stress and what their consequences are;
- you will learn how to deal with stress;
- you will learn what stress has to do with school.
