Earth Day 2025 - annual cleanup of the Ina River in Goleniów

On April 26, on the occasion of Earth Day, the Rewilding Oder Delta organization invites the public to a spring cleanup of the Ina River in Goleniów. This is a long-standing tradition in which many Goleniow organizations, institutions and residents are involved. Thanks to their sensitivity and desire for a healthy and beautiful river, spring cleaning takes place on the Ina every year. This year the cleaning action will take place from land and water. To strengthen the activities of the team cleaning the banks of the river, the organizer of water tourism "Canoeing on the Ina" will prepare canoes for willing participants. Program 10:00 Check-in for canoeists - camping site on the Ina, ul. Spacerowa 10:00 Briefing for the walking team - Granary Grain Storehouse 8 Nadrzeczna St. 12:30 Reception of the canoeists - Granary Grain Storehouse 8 Nadrzeczna St. 13:00 Bonfire - camping site by the Ina River, Spacerowa St. 14:00 Completion The action will take place regardless of the weather. The organizers will provide: trash pickers, protective gloves, garbage bags, water and sausages with bread for the bonfire. Participants are asked to secure themselves with appropriate footwear (wellingtons and waders welcome), clothing for weather and inclement weather, warm drinks and bidons (to minimize litter, water will be available from large bottles).
