We can start the trip anywhere, for example in Świdwin – at the Castle, near which the Świdwin Zamek railway station is located. The railway station is about 1 km away; this is where the railway connection with the Old Railway Trail leading to Połczyn-Zdrój begins. In Świdwin, it is worth visiting the Castle, walking around the Municipal Park with the Bismarck Tower, visiting the Jewish cemetery and stopping by Lake Bukowiec.
Then we head towards Niemierzyn, mainly using local roads. The village is home to the Piotrogródek agritourism farm – a cyclist-friendly place offering accommodation and the opportunity to take a short break with tea made from herbs dried in the farm's garden. The route then continues along local roads through Rogalino, Dąbrowa Białogardzka and Sława. After this village, we enter the railway junction of the Old Railway Trail, i.e. a section of the ‘Zwinięte Tory’ (Rolled-up Tracks) route, which runs along a former railway embankment and leads through the picturesque Rega Valley back to Świdwin.
