The manor house in Niepołcko was built between 1707 and 1717. It was a half-timbered building, constructed on an elongated rectangular plan, with two stories. The entire structure was covered by a high mansard roof with gables.

After the war, the manor stood unused and quickly fell into disrepair, a state it remained in until just a few years ago. Currently, the manor is undergoing extensive renovation. It is owned by the “Młyn-Papiernia” Heritage Association, which is restoring the property with a grant from the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments in Szczecin. The roof has already been replaced, and the structure has been reinforced. Work is currently underway to fill in the half-timbered structure. The owners’ goal is to restore the manor to its former appearance. This is particularly important because the manor in Niepołck is the only surviving half-timbered building in the area.

The building is accessible from the outside, but renovation work is underway, so access may be limited.

Surrounding the manor house are former farm buildings and the manor park. The park covers an area of 6.8 hectares. It is situated on a gentle slope leading from the manor house toward the Płonia River. Due to the proximity of the river and a damaged drainage system, parts of the park are waterlogged. The park is home to trees such as oaks, lindens, horse chestnuts, and plane trees. Many of them are natural monuments several hundred years old. A section of the horse chestnut and maple avenue has also been preserved in the park. There are also shrubs—black elder, common hazel, European spindle, and lilac.
