Fire Department Museum

The Uckermark Fire Brigade Museum is located in the Kunow district of Schwedt. It is run by the Feuerwehrhistorik Kunow e.V. association .

Since 2011, visitors have been able to admire the treasures collected in the new museum building. The exhibition takes you through the history of firefighting and fire departments. You will learn how fires were extinguished in the past and how the fire department organization developed.

The permanent exhibition features vehicles, pumps, uniforms, and many other exhibits. Temporary exhibitions are also held periodically.
