International Kite Festival

During the long weekend in June 2026, the seaside resort of Dąbki will host a unique event – the 5th edition of the International Kite Festival, which has become a permanent fixture in the region's summer calendar. For several years now, this extraordinary spectacle has been attracting kite enthusiasts from many European countries, as well as numerous tourists and locals eager for colorful experiences on the beach. The first editions of the festival enjoyed enormous public interest. In June 2024, during the fourth edition of the event on the beach in Dąbki, about 50 enthusiasts from Poland, Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, and Ukraine presented their skills. The beach shimmered with all colors, and kites in various shapes – from traditional designs to huge figures of fairy-tale characters – delighted visitors.
