In the Tourist Information Center, you can obtain detailed information on tourist attractions, organized cultural and sports events, accommodation, and dining options, etc. in Dziwnów and the surrounding area. Various tourist publications, maps and gifts are available for sale.

Information is provided in Polish, English, and German.

Operates all year-round July - August: open daily from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. September - June open on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (access to promotional / information materials at the reception desk of the Municipal Sports and Culture Center until 10:00 p.m.)
