???? Seniors care for their bodies, minds, and nature ???? We invite all seniors (60+) from Koszalin and the surrounding area to a unique, free series of summer outdoor gatherings, which will take place near the "Koszalin" sign, close to the graduation tower and the Aquapark. ???? Event dates: • May 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Friday) • June 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Friday) • July 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Saturday) These are three gatherings full of relaxation, physical activity, and community building, during which we will combine care for health and the environment with the shared effort to build the local identity of Western Pomerania. The program includes: ✨ exercise classes: “Healthy Spine” and “Healthy Feet” ✨ an outdoor relaxation concert ✨ an eco-friendly cleanup of the area around Chełmska Mountain ✨ socializing and spending time together in a unique atmosphere Our goal is to strengthen social bonds, engage seniors, promote a healthy lifestyle, and collectively care for the beauty of our region ???? We will provide exercise mats, water, trash bags and grabbers, disposable gloves, and wet wipes at the event. The project is co-financed by the Społecznik Program 2025–2029. ????
