Bread-Baking Workshop: "EcoChleb - Young People and Sourdough"

Closed workshops for children from the Society of Friends of Children in Szczecin, organized with funding from the “Społecznik na 5” program Participants will learn about the stages of bread-making: from grinding grain, preparing sourdough starter and dough, shaping and baking, to eco-friendly bread storage. Activities: making flour from grains, learning how to make sourdough starter, shaping and baking bread, flatbreads, yeast buns, and cookies. The children will take home everything they make. A ride in an electric vehicle around the neighborhood.
